The stellar views on all sides add a sense of tranquility and motivational excitement at the same time. This space is extremely versatile and can be utilized for a variety of different events from seminars to workshops to networking events. Our interior space features a fresh, and focused design with exposed industrial ceilings that juxtapose harmoniously with our tasteful and homey mid-century modern furniture. Our space includes an area with A/V capabilities - high powered projector, speakers and wireless microphones. We have additional event seating available for use. Furniture in space can be rearranged as long as it is returned to its original location after use. Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION Cancellations received at most 3 days after signing our agreement will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 10 business days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the Grand Total. Cancellations made within 11 business days of the event will receive no refund. The security deposit is refundable so long as there are no damages to the space from the event, the event set up, or break down. START & END TIME / STAFFING You will be granted access to the space for set up, planning, etc. at the Start Time indicated in this Event Agreement. There will be no setup allowed prior to this time and staff may not be available to provide access to the premises or assist in any other way prior to such start time. Similarly, the event including breakdown, clean up shall be completed prior to the End Time indicated in this Event Agreement and all persons associated with such event shall be vacated from the Premises. If the event goes past such Event Time, you may be charged an hourly rate in accordance with the rate stipulated within this agreement. If Ethos Society requires for any reason your event to end precisely at your End Time, Ethos Society staff will inform you within one hour of your End Time. In addition to Terms and Conditions, you agree to: ? Keep the Venue clean, tidy and clear of trash and leave the Venue in the same condition as you find it. ? Not keep or take any pets or animals into the Venue unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Event Coordinator. Service animals are allowed, but must remain supervised and on the leash at all times. ? Not do or permit to be done on the Venue anything which may be or become a nuisance, damage, annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to Ethos Society’s residents ? Abide by all building regulations and posted signs. This includes building lobby, elevator, roof, parking and traffic signs. ? Not conduct any illegal activity from the Venue; ? Obtain in advance the permission from the Event Coordinator to use Ethos Society’s logo and or promote the Venue through photo, video, or other Social Media channels
