**General Rules** ****WE’RE HERE TO HELP Clients are encouraged to contact us anytime with questions and for support planning their event - we're excited to help! PRODUCTION INSURANCE We require all productions to have general liabtiliy production insurance with a $1,000,000 limit. We will need you to list Julianna Strickland Inc. and Adams Buckingham LLC as additionally insured. Please let us if you need assistance figuring this out! CHILDREN We love kids! But our space has some breakable elements, so we require advance permission if you’d like to bring any children under 14 and all children must be supervised by adults. PETS Our space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog. (If you have a more exotic pet that you would like to bring in, please contact us to discuss). SUPPLIES We provide trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. If you would like to use any of the dishes in our kitchen please inquire ahead of time. FURNITURE Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events. Please inquire about our list of items that either cannot be moved or require additional fees. We are also happy to set up our tables in the correct configuration before you arrive. SPACE ACCESS We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than the contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff. CATERING Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example: taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees and corresponding insurance will apply. Please see our add-ons to rent cooking privileges on premise. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in our space but there is an area outside of the property designated for smoking. PRODUCTiON DESIGN Any materials that may damage the space are not permitted. AMPLIFIED AUDIO We have a robust Apple iHome system that is included free in the rental, allows clients to play any music streaming service via their phone, and manage volume for speakers on all three floors. Use of outside amplifiers/audio equipment and/or DJ equipment is not permitted. KITCHEN USAGE Clients are welcome to use the kitchenette. However, if you would like to prep or cook any food on-site please let us know in advance as an additional fee will apply. TRASH Guests are required to bring all trash, decoration, empty boxes, etc. generated by their event to the alleyway dumpsters. Everything brought into the space must be removed from the space by the end time of the event. CONDUCT We reserve the right to immediately terminate an event with no refund if: A guest becomes sick and/or passes out due to over-consumption; a guest becomes verbally or physically abusive to venue staff or other guests; guest behavior results in damages to the venue or venue furnishings; repeated violation of our no smoking policy; the event use on premise is different from the agreed use on Peerspace. SECURITY DEPOSIT & HOST FEE Please be prepared to provide a deposit to cover the refundable security deposit and variable host fee. Deposit amount determined based on your planned usage. PHOTOS: The Space West Adams reserves the right to share photos of your production in our promotional materials with your permission.
